Reception
The reception is centrally located in the arrival hall. The reception team will be at your service from 07.00am until 08.00pm to provide below facilities and more;

Beach towels are daily available.

Bell Boy service
Once you have been arrived in the resort, a bell boy will assist you with your luggage up to your villa and will show you the way.

Activities desk
Near to the reception desk there is an activities desk where our reception staff can advice and book all kind of tours and activities for you.

Information hour
Two times a week one of our employees will give an information hour in our leisure center.During this hour you will be informed about facilities on the resort and activities on the island.

Internet
In the leisure center you can make use of our internet facilities against a small fee. This internet area also offers a wireless connection.

Rentals
At our Reception desk the possibility to rent extra amenities will be offer. The extra amenities contain a hair dryer and a mobile phone. An adapter can be bought against a small fee.

Restaurant
The resort presents the restaurant “Livingdale” furnished in a colonial style. Here you can enjoy an early morning breakfast with a choice of fresh baked bread and fresh orange juice. You can order a lunch or a dinner from our delicious a la carte menu. Of course there is also the possibility to drink an exotic cocktail at the swimming pool or at our bar.

Mini supermarket
This small supermarket has all the necessary and extra products that you might need up on your arrival. Each morning it offers fresh baked bread, a news paper and some refreshments.

Alamo Car Rental

An office of Alamo car rental is situated in our leisure center which gives you the possibility to rent a car against a special rate. The office is situated in the opposite of the reception desk.
